It is set in a beautiful natural environment that welcomes relaxation and nurtures the body. The courses are professionally prepared and executed and take one on a journey of self discovery and growth. Staff are amazingly friendly, well prepared and create and maintain an environment of fun, joy and deep understanding. Embarking on a journey at High Spirits has been transformative. Like sky diving and meditation, High Spirits offers wonderful highs and incredible stillness, all while learning the incredible art of Kahuna massage. Even if you don't think you want to become a massage therapist, attending a course at High Spirits leaves you feeling more capable and more connected - to yourself and the world around you. And the environment and the food is stunning!! I can't recommend these courses highly enough!
